Deposits & Refund Policy
A full refund of the deposit will be granted to the Shipper if an order is cancelled within three days of the Order of Service being signed. A refund of 20% deposit will be returned if a reservation is canceled within 5 business days of the scheduled move. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations with less than 5 business days’ notice prior to a scheduled move. The Carrier requires written notice at its address of 73 Broad Street, Unit C, Red Bank, NJ 07701 via certified mail, return receipt requested, or notification by phone at 732-852-4125, of intent to cancel within 5 business days of a scheduled move (Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern; does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). Cancellations include a change in pick up/move date or destination as well as an actual cancellation. All The Right Movers will issue a cancellation number. Only that cancellation number is an acknowledgment of a move cancellation. If a Shipper is not provided with a cancellation number, the scheduled move was not canceled with the Carrier and deposit will not be refunded. The Shipper will receive the assigned cancellation number via email from a live All The Right Movers representative and via traditional postal mail.
